The present issue is the second publication of Sergei V. Rachmaninov's literary heritage. The Volume 1 includes the composer's memoir, articles, interviews, as well as letters of the years from 1890 to 1909. Volume 2 includes letters of the years from 1910 to 1933.
This third volume completes the publication of Rachmaninoff's letters written between 1934 and 1943. It contains several supplements, appendices, lists of recordings and concert seasons of the great Russian composer, pianist and conductor, and more than forty new, previously unpublished letters. The third volume concludes with an index of names and an index of Rachmaninoff's works appearing in all three volumes.
