Magnificat is one of most popular among Bach’s large vocal-instrumental compositions, a kind of spiritual cantata for soloists, choir, and orchestra (composed in 1723). The final version (BWV 243) includes 12 parts. The present edition contains five arias for different timbres arranged for trumpet and piano. The edition intended for the students of musical schools and colleges.
